I-95 from the south end of Brandywine Bridge to the Concord Pike exit will only allow one lane to pass from midnight to 5 a.m. through midweek.
The Concord Exit will be open to traffic during construction.
The Delaware Department of Transportation says its crews will be out paving the road that drivers should expect delays.
