Reverend Richard Smith pastor of Ocean City’s St. Luke/St. Andrew Parish has died.
The 67-year Smith had been the pastor of the parish since 2009.
He served in the military in the late 1960’s and entered St. Mary’s Seminary and University in Baltimore where he received a Bachelor of Arts and Baccalaureate degrees in sacred theology.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the St. Luke Church today.
