The Board of Adjustment yesterday reaffirmed its decision for a gas-fired power plant as part of the data center to be located on the site of the former Chrysler plant.
This will allow The Data Center LLC, which owns the project, to move forward with seeking a state air-quality permit.
The 900-thousand square foot facility would include a 279-megawatt capacity power plant on the site to generate power.
The Wilmington News Journal reports that opponents of the project hinted that they would move their case to Superior Court.
