The deal has been finalized for the sale of the Uptown Center in Ocean City which has been sold for $5.5 million.
The 15-thousand square foot property is located on 123rd Street on Coastal Highway.
The Salisbury Daily Times reports that neither the buyer nor the seller has been identified.
Ocean City Council member Wayne Hartman told the paper that it doesn’t surprise him given the strength of the resort’s real estate market.
