New Music Event Coming to Sussex County?

wallpaperbasti.com

Sussex County appears to have snagged a new county music festival for next year with the County Council set to hold a public hearing on using a farm 1o miles east of Georgetown.

It’s being put together by Dewey Beach businessman and attorney Alex Pires who said that festival would take place in August of 2015.

And his first choice is the 1-thousand acre Hollyville Farms.

The Wilmington News Journal reports that the event would use around 500 acres to accommodate some 15-thousand attendees.

Pires is teaming up with one of music’s biggest promoters Coran Capshaw whose company handle nearly 200 acts including country stars like Tim McGraw and Lady Antebellum.
