WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - State officials are launching a new website reminding the global business community about the benefits of incorporating in Delaware.

The new website, corplaw.delaware.gov, offers content in 10 languages, a blog and an email subscription service.

Gov. Jack Markell planned to join Secretary of State Jeffrey Bullock, Chancellor Leo Strine Jr. and attorneys on Tuesday to unveil the new Web site.

Delaware is the corporate home of more than half of the publicly traded companies in the United States, including almost two-thirds of the Fortune 500.

The new Web site's content includes basic information on the advantages of Delaware corporate law in English, Arabic, Chinese, Dutch, French, German, Hebrew, Japanese, Portuguese, and Spanish.

The Delaware Court of Chancery Rules Committee participated in creating content for the site.
