More Details on I'm Shmacked Mob

I'm Shmacked webstie

University of Delaware Police Chief Patrick Ogden says his officers were unaware of the social media website, “I’m Shmacked”, which led some 3-thousand students to show up in the streets of Newark earlier this month.

A total of 75 officers from law enforcement agencies including the university broke up a large party at round 11:30 p.m. on September 9th that included a DJ.

Many of the students had begun climbing on top of cars and blocking traffic.

Chief Ogden told WDEL that his officers who were searching through the social media did not include the website.

A cameraman with “I’m Shmacked” and two students were arrested during the incident.

WDEL reports that last week police released photos of 11 other people who police believe may have participated in the mob.
