Mike Castle Joins Trustees for Delaware State University

DOVER, Del. (AP) - Former governor and congressman Mike Castle is joining the Delaware State University board of trustees.

Gov. Jack Markell appointed Castle to the board on Thursday.

Castle will serve a six-year term on the board. He succeeds Dr. Calvin Wilson, whose term expired last August.

During 40 years in public office, Castle served a number of elected positions. He served two terms as governor and nine as congressman.
