Hogan on Ferguson
Governor-Elect Larry Hogan reacted to the grand jury decision not to indict a white police officer in the shooting death of an African American teenager in Ferguson.
WMDT reports that Hogan had told the Washington Post that the decision did not impact Maryland.
When asked about it yesterday by the television station Hogan said he did not recall saying that.
He told the station that not having seen all of the evidence that the grand jury had he did not want to second guess their decision.
And, even as the protest was set for last night at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore over the shooting, Hogan said, he did not have any response to them or anything to say to Marylanders on the issue.
