MD Senator Proposes Cutting Exemptions for Oil and Gas

Senator Ben Cardin (D-Md) has introduced legislation that would eliminate the exemptions for the oil and gas industry under the Clean Water  Act. Maryland News Connection reporter Deborah Smith prepared this report.
