MD Comptroller Expects "Stunning" Budget Short Fall

Despite the nation gaining back all of the jobs it lost since the beginning of the Great Recession, Maryland Comptroller Peter Franchot says there could a major budget shortfall by September. The Comptroller stopped by the studios of Delmarva Public Radio after attending the meeting of the Maryland Municipal League in Ocean City this week to explain his concerns about the future financial health of the state.
