The Maryland Board of Public Works will once again take up additional funding requests.
And, among them, is money for the new Salisbury University Commons and a new facility at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
But, this year, it is a very different kind of Board with the arrival of the new Republican Governor Larry Hogan.
