Marc Appelbaum is no longer the Town Manager of Dewey Beach.
WBOC reports that the town council and Appelbaum came to an agreement on Saturday.
Appelbaum has been hit with controversy surround allegations of racial discrimination and sexual harassment.
A recent independent investigation recommended that Appelbaum be reprimanded but not suspended or fired.
Action on his tenure was postponed until the city council had read the full report.
There was also a delay because of a city election.
