Last night police say a man was shot and killed in a parking lot near a Hockessin nursing home.
The Wilmington News Journal reports that he was discovered in a black Audi next to the Franciscan Care Center around 7 p.m.
The man’s identity and age have been withheld by police.
The News Journal added that authorities have not said how he died but that New Castle County police chief confirmed he was shot.
Meanwhile, the paper also said that it has talked with a family member who told the News Journal that they wanted to be left alone in their grief.
