A man who is accused of working to help ISIS once worked at a kiosk in the Delaware Mall.

Dover Police Department spokesman Cpl. Mack Hoffman told WBOC that 30 year old Abror Habibov who was a arrested with two other men operated a cell phone repair kiosk.

Hoffman told the television station that the FBI told them early in the investigation that the Dover Mall was involved.

The criminal complaint in New York says that Habibov worked in kiosks that sold kitchenware and cell phone repair at several malls as far south as Jacksonville, Florida and as far north as Philadelphia.
