Delawareans are expected to get their first look at what might have been involved in the inmate uprising at the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center in February.
WBOC reports that the initial results of an independent review are expected to be unveiled today.
Inmate uprising took the life of correctional officer Steven Floyd.
There have been no criminal charges so far resulting from the riot.
Meanwhile, a number of lawsuits have been filed one of which was by the Floyd’s family against two former governors.
That suit charges that understaffing at the facility contributed to his death.
