The left lane of southbound I-95 at Marsh Road was closed at 9 a.m. this morning for emergency repairs to the bridge deck.
The Delaware Department of Transportation says part of the bridge joint has failed and that work crews will remove the faulty concrete, weld on a new support and insert new concrete.
Motorists are advised to use an alternate route.
