Housing Secretary Marks Veteran Homelessness in Delaware

NEW CASTLE, Del. (AP) - Federal Housing and Urban Development Secretary Julian Castro is recognizing Delaware's effort to end homelessness among military veterans.

Castro planned to join Gov. Jack Markell, Sens. Tom Carper and Chris Coons, and other officials Friday for a Veterans Day ceremony in New Castle.

Also taking part in the ceremony are participants in the Mayors Challenge to End Veteran Homelessness.
