Hispanic Commission Summit in Delaware

DOVER, Del. (AP) - The Delaware Hispanic Commission is sponsoring a state summit on issues facing the Latino community.

Thursday's summit at the Delaware Tech campus in Dover is aimed at bringing elected officials, community representatives and others together to discuss a variety of issues.

Breakout sessions will include discussions on economic development, housing, education and transportation.

Invited speakers include Gov. Jack Markell and Wilmington Mayor Dennis Williams.

The keynote speaker will be U.S. Small Business Administration Regional Administrator Natalia Olson-Urtecho.
