Great White Shark Spotted Off Delaware Coast

all-free-download

A 12-foot-5 inch great white shark was spotted off the Delaware/Maryland coast on Friday

The non-profit organization OCEARCH which tracks the sharks said it has been following Hilton since May.

The Salisbury Daily Times reports that the 13-hundred pound male shark moved into the Delaware waters and was last seen south of New Jersey.

The shark was tagged off Hilton Head in March and has been tracked ever since.

Another shark that has often been seen along the Delmarva coast line is Mary Lee.

That 16-footer was last seen in Beach Haven, New Jersey.
