GLEN BURNIE, Md. (AP) - New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie is coming back to Maryland to campaign for Larry Hogan in his bid for governor.

Christie, who is chairman of the Republican Governors Association, is scheduled to make a campaign stop in Glen Burnie on Tuesday at the Honey Bee Diner.

It will be the third campaign stop in Maryland by Christie for Hogan, who is running against Democratic Lt. Gov. Anthony Brown.

The visit comes a week before Election Day.

Both candidates have been getting campaign support from high-profile people in recent weeks. Brown is scheduled to have a rally on Thursday with Hillary Rodham Clinton in College Park. Former President Bill Clinton attended a fundraiser late last month for Brown in Potomac.
