The trials for Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby are not over yet despite the decision not to move ahead with any more prosecutions against the six police officers involved in the death of Freddie Gray.
Gray died last year from a spinal injury suffered while in police custody which led to riots and protests.
There were three acquittals and one mistrial.
Five of the officers have filed lawsuits claims that range from defamation and false imprisonment to a violation of their constitutional rights.
The complaint by Officer William Porter and Sgt. Alicia White charged that Mosby exceeded her authority and made statements designed to calm the city after the riots.
Michael Glass who represents the two officers told NBC News that they were humiliated.
