There were four DUI arrests during a stepped up presence on Saturday night in Worcester County.
There also was one civil citation for possession of marijuana.
In addition to the saturation patrols state police say they checked 306 vehicles during a one hour period last night starting at 11 p.m. on Route 50.
The Salisbury Daily Times reports that there were no DUI arrests from that checkpoint.
Among those helping out the Worcester County Sheriff’s Office was the Maryland State Police as well as local city police departments and the Department of Natural Resources.
