Former DuPont CEO Reveals Sexual Harrassment in Career

DuPont

The former CEO of DuPont Ellen Kullman revealed that she had to put up with sexual harassment during her careers.

The Delaware native told the Wilmington News Journal that it was “not terrible”.

But she added that many women during the 1980’s learned not to be around their male colleagues when there was alcohol.

She declined to describe the kinds of harassment that she had experienced.

Kullman was the first woman to become the CEO of DuPont.

She has now added her name to the list of women who are talking about sexual harassment in the workplace.
