A new residential subdivision is coming to Salisbury.
It’s been around a decade since one has been built within the city limits.
A Florida developer is planning a single-family subdivision for a new community near Beaglin Park Drive on Aydelotte Farms.
The Salisbury Daily Times reports that construction on Hunters Crest is expected to begin within a month with 15 new homes.
They will be built as part of four existing homes.
If the homes sell well the developer says it could eventually total of 54 homes.
