Famous Crisfield Restaurant and Tiki Bar Up For Sale

If you’re interested in buying a waterfront tiki bar and restaurant the city of Crisfield may have just what you’re looking for.

The bar along with the adjoining Olde Crisfield Crab & Steakhouse is on the market listed at $1.2 million.

On its website it announced that the restaurant and bar is closed for the 2012 season.

A few months ago a Save the Crisfield Tiki campaign was launched on Facebook after months of speculation by local residents about the fate of the property.

But the Facebook page has since been removed.

Adding to the mystery Crisfield Mayor Percy Purnell told the Salisbury Daily Times that the owner Jerry Hardesty left a voice mail message around a month ago saying that he had renewed his liquor and trader’s licenses and might open up this summer.

But Purnell added he has not heard from Hardesty since.
