Famed Rehoboth Pizza Owner Mysteriously Returns Home

The co-owner of Nicola Pizza in Rehoboth Beach has returned home and in apparent good health after missing since January 12th.

Police said no further information would be released on the reappearance of Nicholas Caggiano.

The 47 year old’s family reported him missing to State Police but asked that the information not be made public.

Authorities say he was last seen leaving his Ocean view home 11 days ago for work at 7:30 am in his gray 2013 Toyota Tacoma.

He apparently never showed up for work that day at the family owned business on North Street in Rehoboth.

The Wilmington News Journal reports that the police do not believe there was any foul play because the family told them Caggiano may have left just to “blow off steam.”

Earlier this week, police said that he had left his cellphone at home and his credit cards had not been used.
