PENNSVILLE TOWNSHIP, N.J. (AP) - Workers have completed emergency repairs that caused traffic delays on the Delaware Memorial Bridge.

Three southbound lanes were reopened to traffic on Thursday evening. However, the left lane will remain closed and commercial vehicles are restricted to the two right lanes. The speed limit is 50 mph.

Motorists heading south on the New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 295 faced significant delays Wednesday when crews closed four lanes as they started replacing three suspension ropes on the Delaware-bound span that links New Jersey with Delaware.
