With the retirement of Maryland Senator Barbara Mikulski this year another woman is vying for her seat. Republican Delegate Kathy Szeliga is seeking to succeed the longest serving woman on Capitol Hill. But, she is up against Democratic Rep. Chris Van Hollen who has been a rising star in the House leadership. Delmarva Public Radio's Don Rush takes a look at her candidacy.
