Delaware Bill Would Allow Beer Sales at Movie Theaters

They could be serving popcorn and a beer at your local movie theater in Delaware.

At least, that’s what legislation introduced into the state’s General Assembly would allow for theaters that have 500 seats, are open 5 days a week and have at least 250 movie showings a year.

The Wilmington News Journal reports there are around 30 states which allow alcohol to be served at movie theaters.
