Tonight, the Laurel Town Council in Delaware is set to decide if it will extend the curfew for non-residents at the Carvel Gardens and Carvel Gardens Annex apartment complex.
It was imposed in late February after months of criminal activity at the complex.
But the curfew is set to expire at midnight.
The WBOC reports that police say that it has been useful in curbing emergency calls from the complex.
The curfew applies to all non-residents between the hours of 10 pm and 6 am with violators facing a $500 fine and 30 days in jail.
