Convicted Pedophile Earl Bradley Writes to Delaware High Court

Convicted pedophile Earl Bradley has sent a letter to the Delaware Supreme Court…just weeks away from a second review of his conviction on dozens of counts of child molestation.

The 16 page letter was obtained by the Wilmington News Journal.

And the paper reports that it spells out his legal opinions about the problems with the police search which led to the discovery of dozens of videos of him molesting children.

The former Lewes pediatrician never admits guilt…nor does he apologize for his actions on the videos.

The paper says he only makes the same arguments made by his public defenders – that the search was invalid and the evidence should be thrown out.

The News Journal says that Bradley never reveals an awareness of the horrendous nature of the crimes he put on video.

Rather he expresses outrage at what he calls – assaults on basic and core privacy rights by police.

Bradley’s conviction resulted in 14 life sentences plus 164 years in prison.
