Christine O'Donnel Wins Legal Battle Against Former Aide

Failed Senate Republican candidate Christine O’Donnell won her legal battle against a former political aide.

Jonathon Moseley had claimed she owed him $20-thousand for work on her campaign and political action committee in 2008 and 2010.

But the Court of Common Pleas Judge Andrea Rocanelli ruled that the invoices submitted by Moseley were unreliable.

The Wilmington News Journal reports that O’Donnell immediately lashed out at – what she called – her political enemies who sought to punish her with false claims because – in her words – she shattered the status quo.

O’Donnell upset the establishment Republican candidate Mike Castle in the party primary but went onto lose to Democrat Chris Coons in the general Senatorial election
