Brown: No Endorsement Yet on O'Malley in 2016

official photo

Democratic gubernatorial candidate Anthony Brown has declined to say whether he would endorse Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley for president – the man he is trying to replace.

Brown told the Salisbury Daily Times that he is not trying to be evasive but instead was focused on November’s election.

Meanwhile, the campaign of his Republican rival Larry Hogan says that it is sure Brown would be the first person to support an O’Malley presidential bid.

The Maryland governor is considering a run for the presidency in 2016 where Hillary Clinton is the favorite on the Democratic side.

She was supposed to attend a Brown fundraiser but her husband former President Bill Clinton took her place because of the birth of her granddaughter.
