The body of an 8 year old New Jersey boy was recovered yesterday by the Virginia state police divers after disappearing off Cape Charles Beach.
Uvihin Ace Horton apparently drowned Sunday afternoon and his body was found in the same area at around 9:20 a.m. in the water just south of the beach.
Horton had been swimming with his aunt and other family members when they struggled in the water.
Two adults were rescued by a good Samaritan on a personal watercraft but when he went back the boy had disappeared.
