ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) - The United States powerboat show is getting underway in Annapolis.

It kicks off on Thursday with a VIP preview day. The show with 300 of the newest models in the waters next to the Annapolis City Dock runs through Sunday.

The show also will include 60 previously owned boats for immediate sale.

The powerboat show is now in its 44th year. It includes small ski boats, center consoles, express cruisers and luxury motor yachts.

Hundreds of exhibitors will be on land. They'll be displaying boating services and products such as boat gear, clothing, accessories, electronics, life rafts and water sport equipment.
