REHOBOTH, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police are looking for a driver who seriously injured a bicyclist in Rehoboth and left the scene.

It happened about 1:20 p.m. Monday on Holland Glade Road. Troopers say 70-year-old Victor Epolito of Milton was riding his bicycle east when a vehicle hit the back of the bike.

Police say Epolito was thrown from his bike onto the road, while the vehicle that hit him did not stop.

Troopers say Epolito was taken to Beebe Medical Center with serious injuries that do not appear to be life-threatening.

Police have no description of the vehicle or the driver.
