DOVER, Del. (AP) - A Dover man convicted five times on DUI charges has been arrested for a sixth drunken-driving offense.
Delaware State Police say a trooper pulled over an SUV driving erratically on State Route 10 in Dover on Tuesday night. Police say the man smelled of alcohol and gave a false name.
The trooper soon identified the man as 49-year-old Michael Tucker of Dover and arrested him on charges of DUI, criminal impersonation, driving on a suspended or revoked license, and other charges. It's unclear whether Tucker has an attorney.
Police say Tucker has five previous DUI convictions, in 1998, 2004, 2009, 2010 and 2011.
