400 More Jobs for Claymont from Online Lender

SoFi will be adding around 400 employees to its Claymont office by the end of next year.

The online personal loan provider said it would increase the number of workers at the former Zenbanx office with around 100 workers in August.

That will be followed by 200 employees by the end of this year and a total of 400 by the end of 2018.

The Wilmington News Journal reports that most of the new hires will be in their call center but there will also be IT positions as well as jobs in management and development.

The paper says that software for the transfer of international currency on mobile devices and a voice user device.
