Delaware Police say a 2-year old has died from a single-vehicle crash yesterday.

Authorities say that the accident occurred around 2:40 in the afternoon when a 2007 Subaru Legacy struck a tree off of Whitesville Road.

The driver, Danielle Boback, had been trying to bring the car back on the road after over correcting to a curve in the road.

Bobak’s nephew, 2-year old Lleyton Slate was seated in a car seat that was poorly secured.

The child was ejected from the car after it rolled onto its side.

He was flown to Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore where he was pronounced dead.
