(AP) - The Indian River School District has reassigned the two top administrators from Lord Baltimore Elementary School.</p><p>Officials placed Principal John Turssline and Assistant Principal Melissa Oates on administrative leave earlier this month, but declined to say why. Now officials say the pair has been reassigned within the district.</p><p>Turssline is now the assistant principal at G.W. Carver Center in Frankford. Oates is now an assistant principal at the Southern Delaware School of the Arts in Selbyville. (AP) - Voters have approved a referendum in the Indian River School District to raise $6.2 million to build new classrooms and fund teaching positions.</p><p>Voters approved two questions on school funding Tuesday by a 2-to-1 margin. The plan adds 14.7 cents to the property tax rate, boosting it to $2.77 for every $100 of assessed value.
