Anthony Brown will face Republican Larry Hogan in Maryland governor's race in November.</p><p>With 90% of the vote counted,&nbsp; brown won 51 percent in the Democratic primary to 24 percent for Attorney General Doug Gansler.</p><p>Delegate Heather Mizeur came in third with 22% of the vote.</p><p>Meanwhile, Hogan outdistanced his nearest rival by 43 percent to Harford County Executive David Craig who came in with 30 percent. Martin O'Malley says he wants $10.10 to be the statewide minimum and let counties raise it from there.</p><p>O'Malley was arguing for the wage increase Monday before the Senate Finance Committee.</p><p>He said $10.10 is "pretty modest," considering the effects of inflation since 1968. The minimum wage that year would be $10.70 in today's economy, according to one measurement of inflation.
