(AP) - The Department of Defense has awarded a $250 million contract to University of Maryland University College.</p><p>UMUC announced Monday that the contract calls for offering exclusive undergraduate and graduate instruction at military installations across Europe.</p><p>The contract, which is renewed annually, extends through the 2022-2023 academic year.</p><p>UMUC will offer its MBA program for the first time in the European Command. Baltimore resident Brian Lewis served in the Navy from the late 1990's until 2001 and a Senate committee investigating the scandals that he too was assaulted. He spoke with Delmarva Public Radio's Don Rush about his story and reaction to the latest revelations.
