The National Weather Service says the snow has stopped in the Washington region, with some areas seeing just a trace of snow and other spots getting more.</p><p>The National Weather Service meteorologist Heather Sheffield said Monday afternoon that Reagan National Airport got a trace amount of snow while .8 inches were reported at Washington Dulles International Airport.
